From our first interest to taking delivery of our caravan, midland caravans were absolutely brilliant. They were helpful, friendly, and communication was there every step of the way. A great delivery team and help with siting too. I would highly recommend these guys if your thinking about buying a static. I cant thank them enough for everything. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Right from my first phone call to Dan, he was friendly and very knowledgeable helping me find the exact perfect caravan for my needs. No 'salesman' talk, I felt totally confident dealing with such a professional, long established company. Dan answered any questions, immediately replying and keeping me informed and updated every step of the way (literally - bless you)!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Midland caravans to anyone. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional yet friendly. A HUGE thank you in taking care of everything so we had nothing to worry about.

We have never before had such wonderful customer service. From viewing the caravan, purchasing it and having it fitted out as we wanted it nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was included and was equally impressive. A problem with the boiler later on was dealt with immediately at no cost to us. A very impressive company. I would, and indeed have, heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a static caravan. Thank you Daniel, William and the rest of the staff for being simply the best from start to finish.

We bought a 20 year old caravan from Midland, sight unseen, relying on on photos and conversations with Daniel. They were very helpful and professional, and despite the relatively low ticket price we felt they gave us great service, including the delivery. We are very happy with the van, which is clean and tidy and altogether better than anticipated.

We visited Midland caravans after finding them on the web. We needed a static home to live in and they were very helpful giving us all the information we needed. We were made very welcome and were allowed to look around all of the vans on site. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We did choose one and it was delivered free of charge, the whole thing from start to finish went very smoothly. They also made sure everything was in good working order before it was delivered and they did everything we asked them to do. We have been in our caravan for just over a year now and it is perfect! The price we paid was very good and we certainly got value for our money. Would definitely recommend this company.
